What This Includes
The print out consists of mainly two pages. This can be tailored to fit whatever criteria is needed by your association. Below is the first page of a report we made for Watercrest Condominiums. It includes statistics showing what the average unit sold for each year along with the number of properties sold each year since 2000.
The second part of the printout shows the actives and solds for the current year. This can also be tailored to fit the associations requests. In this sample, we have also included the average days on market along with a few other statistics from the Bay County Association of REALTORS®.
