Florida’s Existing Home Sales Rose in December 2008

According to the latest housing data released by Florida Association Realtors (FAR), Florida’s existing home sales rose in December making it the fourth consecutive month that sales activity demonstrated gain in year-to-year comparison. Existing home sales rose 27 percent last month compared to homes sold statewide December 2007, according to FAR.
