With the new Wonder Works attraction to add to Panama City Beach’s long list of fun things to do and the brand new state-of-the-art airport concluding it’s construction, this emerald coast hot spot is rising out of its crazy spring break reputation into one of tranquility and luxury.
Condominium prices are still at incredibly low ranges in contrast to what we have seen in previous years; which is bringing in many buyers who may have not been able to purchase their own piece of paradise in prior years. Now is still the time to buy!
The most important news keeping our little beach town going is that our area remains free of oil. With our beaches still sitting bright white and our waters still a stunning blue/green, the beach lifestyle hasn’t changed much around here! We all still enjoy a day soaking up the sun and playing in the waves.
