Real Estate Courtesy 101

Why, why, why, do agents make an appointment to see a home and then not show up? This is one of the most inconsiderate things an agent can do.
If this where your home that you wanted to sell, how disappointing must it be to put effort into making the home presentable to show? Additionally, 75% of homeowners today have pets that they must consider what to do with when setting up a showing.
We are professionals and in order to be viewed as such with the public, the very least we can do is call and cancel showing appointments!
