I’m Back!!

100_0070 I’m back! My name is Dan Friess and I am a “new” Sales Associate with Miller & Associates Realty.

For those of you who do not know me I used to work for Joanie and Chad from 2004-2006 as a condo specialist. For the last 3 years I have been selling luxury custom homes in a master planned golf course community on Lake Norman in Charlotte, NC.

My wife, Ashlee, and I decided we wanted to get back to the beach where we started our family. Our family has grown since living in Charlotte, we now have 3 children, Preslee (girl, 4), Cody (boy, 3) and Payton (girl, 9 months!). Needless to say our household is pretty hectic but we are all excited about the move back to Panama City Beach.

I see some great things coming for the Panama City Beach real estate market and I will expand on that in the coming weeks and months. Right now I am headed back to Charlotte to load up the family and make the big move back. Hope to see everyone real soon on the World’s Most Beautiful Beaches!
