We’re always thinking of new ways of gathering information for our customers. Our next project takes this statement to a whole new level. In fact, we dare say it’s the-next-big-thing.
We’re always asked for information, whether it it’s the square footage of a unit, the association fees, or even the number of units in a specific community. Well, we’re gathering all that information and placing it in an online database for Miller & Associates Realty’s exclusive customers.
This database will focus mainly on beach front condos and will house information such as the number of bedrooms in each resort, the number of pools, if the community allows pets for owners, if it has onsite stores, if it has tennis courts, does the master bedrooms sit on the gulf, and more.
It’s completely code by yours truly and I’m rather amazed and what I can do if I put my mind to it.
