Panama City Market Conditions Update For June 2009

graph Here is your market update for June, 2009! New listings skyrocketed to 877 units in June, but I’m sure this is due to the number of people who re-listed since 605 units expired and 305 where withdrawn. The median home price for active listings were down 29% from June of last year coming in at $192,000.

The number of listings that went under contract were up when compared to the same time last year and from the previous month (May). The number of solds where about the same from this time last year, however, the number of solds were up from last month.
