Regency Towers in Panama City Beach Getting A Face Lift

Regency Towers in Panama City Beach has been going through renovations over the course of a couple of months and they are now nearing completion. What’s funny about it is that I found it out through a blog that a couple of owners and employees started. The blog was created by Jason Koertge, owner of PCBdaily, and has been updating both owners and those interested in Regency Towers about their face lift.
It all started on December 14th, when the first post was written. It was to showcased how spirited and festive the resort is during the holidays. From there, other posts were made about how wonderful and excited they are to be owners and employees at Regency Towers. When was the last time you saw or heard of this? Never! It’s such a great idea for owners [and employees] to get together and voice their opinion about their properties. Not only that, but this also gives potential buyers of the resort a feel for what kind of environment they are stepping in to. I know if I were purchasing and saw that all the owners were content, or even excited, about owning property there, I’d take that in to consideration.
But, what I didn’t know (and you may not have either) was that Regency Towers has been going through a remodel. Not only are they building new shuffle boards, updating their lobby and regency room, but they are also buying new exercise equipment and renovating their billiard room. It’s a wonderful sight to see when owners take pride in what they have accomplished. One post, made by who I’m assuming was the Contractor or Manager for the refurbishing, said that the Regency Towers owners spent over $1 million on renovations. Wow!
I look forward to updates on Regency Towers and what else they have up their sleeves. Until then, keep on trucking Regency Tower owners! I enjoy everything you’ve done and I’m sure you’ll be able to enjoy the fruits of your labor, soon!

Hi All!!
I’m an employee at Regency Towers in the Rental office, the girls and I have been working with Jason to create the Regency Towers Blog. Its true, we have been going through MANY renovations over the past year! Its an exciting time! We are all very proud in the work that has been down. The blog is new but we have been doing posts every few days, we hope everyone links up to the blog and enjoys reading about whats going on.
