RiverCamp in Panama City Beach Moving Forward

Although sales have slowed dramatically at RiverCamp due to current economic affairs, the St. Joe Company is still moving ahead with the project.
You may have noticed the old sales office across from Pier Park has been rundown for quite some time. Pat Kelly from The News Herald reports that they will be “repurposing” the building. What they will repurpose it for? Well, we don’t know yet.
RiverCamps at Crooked Creek has fewer than 450 homes planned on 1,500 acres. Two-thirds of the entire community will be committed to conservation. Surrounded by water on three sides, RiverCamps’ owners can explore miles of breathtaking shoreline and waterways. Approximately 188 homesites have sold since it’s initial development.
