Sterling Breeze Condominium – Panama City Beach, FL

This morning I was doing some research for one of my customers on specific condos in the west end of Panama City Beach and was absolutely shocked when I saw pictures of Sterling Breeze condominiums. I couldn’t believe that this condo was able to fly past my radar and be so elusive to discussion in our office.
For those of you who don’t know Sterling Breeze, it’s located about one-fourth of a mile from Pier Park and just shy of Highway 79. Built by the renowned developer, Sterling Development Company, Sterling Breeze is a nice depart from the ordinary with a twist. The interior lobby alone should be featured in Vogue magazine with its sophisticated and contemporary style. The exterior of the property has the signature Sterling landscaping with lush tropical plants, palm trees and flowers.
Ok, so I know your thinking “so what,” right? Well another prominent feature is it’s lack in number of units. This is a low-density resort. You wont find 10, 11 or even 12 unit floors, but you will find only 7. This adds to a sense of community in the resort. In fact, you may even get to know your neighbors and learn everyones name!

how much are the association fees running on 2 bedrooms

Sterling Breeze association fees are around $400/mo for a two bedroom. I’ve called the associations office to get exact figures, however, they are not answering their phones. I’ll post a reply on Monday when I get a hold of them.
