Marina Landing Absolute Auction Thursday

Attention Buyers, the second most anticipated auction of the year is coming up this Thursday at Marina Landing Condominiums (see this link for various pictures). This will be an absolute auction, meaning the units will sell regardless of price. There are no minimum bids, no reserves, and this Thursday is a great time to get a deal on one of the most lavish bay-front resorts in Panama City Beach.
The developer, Marina Landing Developers LLC (some of you may know the developer as Wes Burnham), has built some of Panama City Beach’s most established resort condominiums. This includes Edgewater Beach Resort, Long Beach Resort and En Soleil Condominiums. The resort is located on the west side of the Hathaway Bridge, just north of the road. The resort, consisting of 87 luxury units, also has its own 41 slip marina available to owners though a lease.
The resort was completed in 2007. In this auction, buyers will have a chance to bid on 25 of the developers last 55 units at absolute auction, and also choose which one they would like. If you haven’t had a chance to visit Marina Landing, now is a great time to do so. The resort is beautiful, luxurious, and though it’s not on the beach, still has those jaw-dropping views.
Here are the terms of the Marina Landing Auction:
2 Bedrooms / 2 Bathrooms - 10% down with $25,000 per condominium being in certified funds, personal or company check;
3 Bedrooms / 3 Bathrooms - 10% down with $35,000 per condominium being in certified funds, personal or company check;
Closing in 30 days;
Pre-sale Inspections of the property are available daily by appointment from 10:00am-5:00pm beginning June 12th.
