Edgewater Beach Resort Claims 2008 Golden Tee Award

Recently, Meetings & Conventions Magazine [M&C] awarded condos for sale in Edgewater Beach Resort!”>Edgewater Beach Resort with it’s prestigious “Golden Tee Award.” This probably came to no surprise to the folks at Edgewater, as they’ve received the award for the past four years. What’s undeniably great about this is that M&C lets their subscribers vote for the top golf resorts with meeting facilities. In addition, the votes from (what we’ve found) are based on overall services, the golf course, food and beverage services, and yes, the convention services.
Edgewater Beach Resort has been well known for its convention center, which is why many developers have decided to include such services with their communities. Some of these resorts now include Shores of Panama, Majestic Beach Resort and even Laketown Wharf. What’s even more important about having a convention center is that investors have realized that to maximise rental revenue, the community has to bring in more tenants. And what’s the best way to do this, you say? Build a convention center where big groups of people can come and meet of course!
Anyway, congratulations Edgewater Beach Resort, you definitely deserve it!
