Whisper Dunes Pricing Released

Were pleased to bring you the latest news on Whisper Dunes in Panama City Beach, Florida!
Yesterday, we attended the Beazer Homes REALTOR Party at Margaritaville in Pier Park. We were very eager to attend due to the fact that pricing information was going to be released. We’ve had many requests on pricing for each of the units, and yes, we’re here to deliver! Lets get started!
Town homes:
Laguna Floor Plan – 1,542 sq. ft. 3BR/2.5BA (w/ loft) - $167,990
St. Andrews Floor Plan – 1,559 sq. ft. 3BR/2.5BA – $169,990
Seacrest Floor Plan – 1,962 sq. ft. 3BR/2.5BA (w/ loft) – $215,990
Villas:
Seagrove Floor Plan – 1,687 sq. ft. 3BR/2.5BA (w/ loft) – $229,990
Rosemary Floor Plan – 1,671 sq. ft. 3BR/2.5BA (w/ loft) – $232,990
Biltmore Floor Plan – 1,782 sq. ft. 3BR/3BA (w/ loft) – $242,990
Santa Rosa Floor Plan – 2,036 sq. ft. 3BR/2.5BA (w/ loft) – $249,990
As you can see, they actually went lower than we originally were told! When we first spoke with Beazer, they had told us somewhere around $175,000. This is exactly what Panama City Beach needs, and this is the price range buyers have been asking for. Where else can you find a nice sized town home for $168,000 in a well planned subdivision, only 1/2 mile from the beach?

On a side note, Margaritaville was amazing. As you can see in the pictures, we had a blast and enjoyed our meals and beverages. If you’re ever in Pier Park, stop by, you won’t be disappointed!
