It’s Spring Time!

Spring is busting out all over Panama City Beach! Not only with new trees and flowers, which are giving all of us allergies galore :), but with new shops and restaurants in Pier Park. Other retail stores and banks also keep poping up - almost overnight! I’m always amazed when people say were in a recession, it sure doesn’t look like it.
To me, it looks like our area is planning for a big growth spurt… which I’m sure is coming. If your thinking about buying, now’s the time to take advantage of the great prices on everything from condos, single family homes — even commercial! Whatever you’re looking for, it’s out there.
