Going Green

So what it mean?
“Going green”……..No, it doesn’t mean that you are turning “green with envy” that your friend just got a good deal on a condo while you were waiting for the prices to drop further! 
Going green is the new wave of building standards that consider the home efficiency, appliance economy and construction considerations regarding solar and other green advantages that influence the efficiency of the home. There’s no doubt that “going green” will be a term we will hear a lot in the future, if not now, as more builders are giving buyers what they want.
