Homes That Sold:

Condos That Sold:
During February, condos saw a slightly higher sales range. The two price ranges that came out on top where between $300,000 and $400,000. Most of the closed deals in that range took place in Tidewater Beach Resort, Edgewater Beach Resort and Celadon Beach Resort.
