Panama City Home Sales Increase

Panama City Real Estate is happy to announce that despite the overall decrease in sales in Florida, Panama City is showing an increase in not only sales but prices as well!
This came to our attention after the WMBB News 13 wrote an article on February 26th about the Panama City real estate market. You can view the complete article by visiting this website. According to the Florida Association of REALTORS®, Panama City sales increased 1% since this time last year. In addition, there was a 13% increase in price.
As we stated in earlier blogs and Monthly E-mail Updates, our office has seen a tramendous increase in not only website traffic and registrations, but phone calls. Most of this we think is due to the great prices, low interest rates and news of the Bay County International Airport.

Yeah lets hope it stays that way through the rest of the year. I just bought a condo in Panama City Beach and would love to see appreciation over the next couple of years.
