With current market trends as they are today, it has been said many times that “now is a great time to buy Real Estate in Panama City, Florida.”
This is very true, however, because of the many foreclosures that are slipping their way into the market, you must be sure that you are working with a service oriented Realtor who is looking out for your best interest.
The foreclosure or short sale property may or may not be a “good deal” just because they appear to be in a distress situation. Simply put, the previous owner may have purchased the property at a higher market value than it is today making the payoff greater than the value.
