We hope you and your family make it a great 2008!
During this special time of year, we want you to know how grateful we are for your business and continued loyalty. Without our customers, our success wouldn’t be possible.
In January, Kate Courtney came on board with us as a Listing Specialist. Kate has extensive background in business and has worked in the real estate industry for the past two years. Kate and her husband moved here two years ago from Colorado, and although she misses the mountains, she greatly enjoys our beach. She says “You’ll come to the beach for a vacation, but end up staying for a lifetime.”
Our team also has three Buyer Specialists: Shirley Scruggs, Maureen Hess and Sharon Newbold (more on them later). Oh, and we are working on a sweet soon-to-be newbie, Angie Hardesty, who will be taking her Real Estate Exam shortly.
With Keller Williams out of our office, it feels like home again. In fact, so much that Bob Lucas, April Parker and Thorsten Pfeffer have come back and have placed their real estate license with me again. I can’t express how great it is to see them and how happy I am to have them. Of course there is room for a few more exceptional REALTORS® and we welcome anyone who wants to come by for a visit.
I feel extremely blessed to have Troy Steuwer as our Office Manager. Anyone who calls always wants to meet this guy. I am so proud of the great job he does, day in and day out.
This team is extremely competent and knowledgeable. I know everyone at Miller & Associates Realty will be able to assist you in any of your real estate transactions.
We are still located at 8801 Front Beach Road, Panama City Beach FL 32407; however, we are still working on a design for the sign out front.

Connie and I have a condo at Long Beach that we are tring to sell. It is rented for Jan. & Feb., but after that I would like to talk to you about listing the condo. I have talk to Chad before, we never got together. We hope to come down on the weekend of 19th, maybe we could meet then if you are willing.
