Pier Park Panama City Beach - Update

By Joanie Miller | December 11, 2007

Pier Park UpdatePier Park is a project that is headed up by Simon Property Group and is a 900,000 square foot, commercial development/retail center that is located east of Highway 79 and is between Front Beach Road and Back Beach Road, also known as Panama City Beach Parkway.  It has been called the “premier shopping experience in northwest Florida” and will serve the residents and guests of Panama City Beach and surrounding areas.

Establishments that are already opened include Panera Bread, Longhorn Steakhouse, and The Grand Theatre, which is an incredible 16 screen state-of-the-art movie complex.

The list of future retailers is quite extensive and includes but is not limited to: Borders, Chico’s, Bath and Body Works, Ann Taylor Loft, Victoria’s Secret, Lane Bryant, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Old Navy, JC Penney, Dillards, and New York and Company.

Dinning will be expanded with the addition of  Back Porch Seafood House and Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, Marble Slab Creamery, Red Brick Pizza, Kilwin’s Chocolate, and Starbucks.

We are very exited to see this development and will keep you posted on future additions as they become known to us.  For more information on this project check out these links:
