Rebecca comes to us with years of local real estate experience including onsite developer/builder sales. Rebecca is very involved in the community and is the 1012 local chair person for the Bay County Association of Realtors Leadership committee. She is also the 2011/2012 princess in the royal court for the Krewe of St. Andrews Mardi-Gras. She has 4 wonderful children and 5 grandchildren.
Ashlee grew up outside of the Detroit area. She attended East Carolina University and obtained a bachelor of Science degree in elementary education. She was an elementary teacher for years until she began her family. Ashlee has three beautiful children and a husband of 8 years. “I am so excited to have the opportunity to real estate as well as be being a mom” said Ashlee.

Help Support the Boys and Girls Club This Holiday Season

The Boys and Girls Club is known for helping children all over the world. They offer dedicated youth experts and oversee programs in the areas of education, fitness, social recreation, teen issues, bullying prevention and more.
Every year the Boys and Girls Club setup a Christmas tree lot to help earn money to support all the wonderful programs they offer. The Miller Team will be volunteering at the Panama City Boys and Girls Club Christmas tree lot at Sam’s Club on Saturday, December 3.

Annual Woodlawn Fall Festival

Bring the whole family for a fun filled day of activities. Woodlawn is hosting there annual Fall Festival Saturday, November 5 from 10am – 2pm at the Pier Park Amphitheater. They will have activities for all ages such as stilt walkers, inflatables, carnival games, dunking booth and live music. They will also offer hot dogs, chips, soft drinks, ice cream, cotton candy and popcorn. Almost everything is free so tell your friends and neighbors. Cole Brothers Circus of the Stars

Once a year the Cole Brothers Circus comes to Panama City Beach for 4 nights filled with trapeze artists, jugglers, clowns, tight rope walkers and acrobats. Opening night is Thursday, October 20 with the last show being Sunday, October 23. Bring the family and enjoy just one of the many events that come to our area.

Now you can be on top of the crimes going on right down the road with a new website called www.crimemapping.com The Omega group, a leading developer of innovative Geographic Information systems software, created a site for the law enforcement to keep the public up to date with the crime going on in your back yard. You just click on your state and from there find your city with icons displaying how many crimes were committed in the past week then further breaking it down to give you the actual crime, the location, time and date. These icons displayed on the map range from DUI’s, vandalism, robbery, arson, etc. This is a great tool to use if you are looking to move into a new area, have young children, or are just curious as to what is going on near you.

Country Music Fest

Two of country’s top music artists are coming to Panama City Beach -Miranda Lambert & Jason Aldean.
This concert will be the perfect time to enjoy wonderful music while enjoying the World’s Most Beautiful Beaches.
Miranda Lambert will be playing on Friday, September 23, and is known for her hits “Gunpowder and Lead,” “Famous in a Small Town,” “Kerosene,” and “The House that Built Me” which spent four weeks at the top of the charts. She has won such prestigious awards as ACM Top Female Vocalist of the Year, CMA Female Vocalist of the Year, Top Video of the Year and Album of the Year.
Jason Aldean will be playing on Saturday, September 24 and is known for his hits including; “Why”, “She’s Country”, “Big Green Tractor”, “The Truth”, and “Don’t You Wanna Stay”. His most recent album “My Kind of Party” has sold over one million copies!
Gates both nights open at 6:30 p.m. All seating is lawn seating, so bring your own chair or blanket! Times are subject to change and no coolers or pets are allowed. Food and beverage vendors will be on site.

Troy Steuwer is Leaving Us

It’s sad times for Miller & Associates and happy times for Troy. He’s leaving us for his “dream job”. We are really sad to see him go and are wondering how in the world we are going to make it without him. We see computer crashes and other calamities in our future (just kidding).
Troy is leaving us to go to Bookit.com as a computer programmer. This has been his dream job for some time and he says that his leaving is bittersweet. Troy has been a part of the Miller Team for over seven years. When asked what he is going to miss most, he said, “hearing Lucy bark at me at 8:20 every morning”.
Troy’s last day will be Friday, September 16th.
